ADHD high-achiever helping ADHD high-achievers: Think wildly. Feel deeply. Thrive joyfully, messily, unapologetically. Inside and out.

Hello

I'm a late-diagnosed ADHD-C high-achiever who finally has language for the way my brain has always worked. Now I'm here to share the experiments, tools, and mindsets that make life feel worth living — beyond my inner circle.

Why listen to me

I was one of the earliest graduates of an advanced degree in Applied Positive Psychology, and I've spent almost 20 years helping people shift from deficits to strengths, from burnout to real energy, and from "stuck in a funk" to a happier, more powerful version of themselves. I naturally see potential where others see problems, and I'm stubbornly persistent about helping it come to life.

Learned the hard way

Most traditional advice fails people with ADHD — especially if you feel everything intensely, get overwhelmed in busy environments, and struggle to focus when the world is too loud. I've spent around 15 years abroad in roughly 20 countries, learning (often the hard way) what actually works for ADHD brains and what absolutely doesn't.

The infinite game

At 42, I finally feel like I've found an "infinite game" that fits: exploring how curious, sensitive, ADHD high-achievers can live happy, healthy, fully alive lives. I want people like us to feel comfortable in our own skin, loved for who we are, and encouraged to let our strengths shine.

I believe entrepreneurial ADHD is a gift. The world needs us, even as it resists us. And I don't think we need to live like Elon Musk, "eating glass and staring into the abyss" — I'm more interested in building humane, fulfilling success strategies for the rest of us.

Come along

Writing here helps me clarify what I've learned — and I hope it helps you quiet the inner critic, release the shame, and stop hiding what you're capable of. The experiments, tools, and mindsets are free to read and subscribe to:
